(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using any services provided by Middle Housing Partners, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

Middle Housing Partners is a brand name used by several affiliated LLCs operating in real estate development, construction, and property management throughout California.

1. Scope of Services:

Middle Housing Partners provides a range of real estate-related services, including but not limited to:

Pre-engineered and custom residential design plans Strategy calls, feasibility, and consultation services. Licensed construction and general contracting services Property management for rental and investment properties ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) development and permitting support. All services are provided for informational and advisory purposes only, unless explicitly governed by a signed construction or management agreement. No content or consultation provided by Middle Housing Partners constitutes legal, financial, or architectural advice.

2. No Refund Policy: (Consultations)

All sales for Deep Dive Calls and paid consultations are final and non-refundable. Once a session is scheduled and payment is processed, we do not accept cancellations or rescheduling. By purchasing, you agree to this policy without exception.

3. No Guarantee of Results:

While we make every effort to provide accurate and effective recommendations, Middle Housing Partners makes no guarantees
regarding the results, timelines, or financial outcomes of our services. Your decisions and results are your sole responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities:

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

Verifying the accuracy and relevance of any advice or recommendations provided Consulting with licensed professionals (architects, engineers, attorneys, financial advisors) as needed Understanding and complying with local zoning, permitting, and building code requirements. Vetting and managing any third-party vendors not employed directly by Middle Housing Partners

5. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middle Housing Partners and its affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

Financial or personal losses Project delays, permitting challenges, or material shortages Actions taken based on our advice, designs, or third-party referrals Errors, omissions, or miscommunications

You agree to hold Middle Housing Partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our website, materials, or services.

6. Construction Services Disclaimer:

Licensed construction services are provided by one or more properly licensed entities affiliated with Middle Housing Partners. Clients will receive a separate construction agreement outlining scope, terms, timelines, and liability limits. No construction work begins until that contract is fully executed.

7. Property Management Services Disclaimer:

Property management is provided by licensed entities under contract and subject to California Department of Real Estate guidelines. All rental, lease, and property management services require a signed Property Management Agreement. No landlord-tenant relationship or duty of care is assumed unless and until that agreement is in place.

8. Intellectual Property:

All website content, design plans, consultation materials, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Middle Housing Partners and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.

9. Payment Terms:

We reserve the right to withhold services for non-payment or suspected fraudulent activity Prices are subject to change without notice, and quotes are only valid for the time specified

10. Modifications to Terms:

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of any revisions.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
