We offer feasibility services at an hourly rate of $175 with a $500 minimum retainer. If your project requires additional time beyond this initial scope, we’ll notify you before proceeding, ensuring complete transparency and control over costs.
Here are a few of our current Fund I Projects
Rather than sell the cottage court, the owner contributed it to our Middle Housing Fund in exchange for $2.5M in equity. In return, we’ll add 11 ADUs to the existing property, subdivide the lot, and develop 10 new townhomes on the unused rear portion of the site. The owner will receive back his original $2.5M investment, plus an additional $2.3M in value, along with 10% of the monthly rental cash flow.

This single family home in Buena Park was the newest addition to the MHP fund. The home, which was condemned by the city, will be demolished to make was for ten, three bed, two bath town homes. Buena Park is located near major job centers like Anaheim, Fullerton, and Los Angeles County.
